Supervisors are approachable and willing to help anyone who needs it. Pay is ok but bonus system sucks!!! If you don't meet their unrealistic sales goals u don't get paid for any of your sales that week. Say goal for week 7 and u get 6 sales.

U get nothing extra That is the worst thing I can think of about the job I rarely make goal so I never get bonus pay. But I always get close to goal and no reward for anything I do besides helping my teams numbers reach goal for the week This company needs a full time inbound customer service team!!!

Best time working there has been when we were taking calls not making them About half the employees talent is wasted on outbound sales with worn out leads!!! An inbound program would be beneficial to TLC and it's employees. Overall it's a great place to work. Pros Fun environment, free food, good people, flexible with point system. Cons Insurance is expensive, outbound sales leads are very worn out, no inbound option for employees who prefer inbound or simply do better at inbound, bonus structure is nearly unattainable to make bonus, sales expectations are set up for failure.

It was fun to work there and you could make a lot of money. Boring at times. The company switches programs every month it seems so your schedule could change from to Pros Commission. Cons Scheduling and constant Program changing. It was all over the place managers and trainers did not have the information we needed and got stressed when we needed help like it was our fault they chose to be in management.

I worked for this company awhile back, and after my own experience I do not recommend people working here. The workplace culture where I was located was full of drama, had a messy management, and overall was way too mentally taxing to deal with on a daily basis.

Not enough structure horrible management they work everyone like dogs and not enough pay for the time you sit at a desk not enough breaks will not recommend at all I always felt like it was more of scamming people then actually helping them.
