The bus driver is in complete charge of the bus and its occupants at all times, and students riding the bus must comply with the directives of the driver.

Video cameras with audio recording capability may be utilized in Kingsport City buses to record student activity and behavior. This information is published in the local newspaper at the beginning of each school year and is provided by the bus driver as route changes are made.
